Importfest happened over the weekend and I was there to shoot it. The lighting of the Toronto Convention Center was causing some difficulties in shooting the models. Many different light techniques were used for this event, which gave me some great practices with shooting on high ISO settings, external flashes, diffusers, bounced flash, etc.
The show stoppers for Importfest was definitely the models. The one model that shined through the shot was none other than Misa Campo (yah, she was the cover girl for the importfest website). Here are a few dedicated pictures of her. (It was quite difficult to shoot her because of the massive crowd that follows her around).

However, there was another stunning model down at the OptionJDM booth. Dannie Riel’s beauty was lighting up the other side of the show.

Tekken Car
This is probably the most awesome car of the show. It’s covered with Tekken fan arts from Tekken 1 to Tekken 5. It’s even got a shinny palm tree to attract people’s attention!
